What You'll Do
'05; Load and prepare tungsten powder for automated processing equipment
'05; Measure and portion materials accurately to meet production specifications
'05; Operate, monitor, and oversee automated manufacturing machines
'05; Load and unload materials safely (up to 25 lbs.)
'05; Support production operations, including material handling, packaging, and assembly tasks
'05; Use hand tools safely and effectively during routine production activities
'05; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
'05; Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
'05; Stand and work throughout scheduled shifts while supporting continuous production operations
What We're Looking For
'14; Manufacturing or industrial production experience
'14; Experience operating or working around production equipment
'14; Ability to accurately measure and handle materials
'14; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
'14; Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift
'14; Comfortable using hand tools and following work instructions
'14; Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including days and nights
'14; Dependable team player with a strong safety mindset
Preferred Qualifications
ā Experience in general production, packaging, or material handling
ā Familiarity with automated machinery or production lines
ā Experience working in continuous-operation manufacturing environments
ā Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Depew, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.75/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
