Why Work Here?

You will join a safety-focused organization that prioritizes the well-being of its employees and maintains stable, year-round work. The company has a strong track record of job security, having avoided layoffs for many years, and offers uncapped overtime opportunities for those who want to increase their earnings. Work-life balance is supported through a predictable schedule with no Sunday work and very rare overnight travel. You will be part of a busy, growing team that values reliability, teamwork, and consistent opportunities throughout the year.

Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced, year-round construction environment that remains busy in all seasons. Typical hours range from about 6:00–7:00 a.m. start times to 5:00–6:30 p.m. finish times, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed and no Sunday work. In the summer, you can expect approximately 50–60 hours per week, and in the winter, about 35–45 hours per week, with overtime not capped. The team consists of around 60 year-round employees and up to about 90 during the summer, and the company is open to seasonal help. Work is performed outside as part of a crew of 5–6 individuals led by a foreman, primarily on commercial flat roofing projects. Operations pause during heavy winds or any rainfall for safety, and the team may work longer days or Saturdays after weather delays to ensure everyone can maintain their hours.
