Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Seeking an Electrical Engineer to support production and sustainment of advanced unmanned maritime systems. This role bridges Engineering and Manufacturing, providing hands-on support for electrical assemblies, test activities, product troubleshooting, and engineering documentation.
Responsibilities- Support manufacturing teams with electrical product troubleshooting, issue investigation, and corrective actions.
- Analyze and resolve production-related electrical and electronic system issues.
- Review and maintain electrical schematics, wiring documentation, and design data.
- Create and update process documentation, test procedures, and engineering change documentation.
- Perform BOM reviews and support configuration management activities.
- Support integration, test engineering, and product validation efforts.
- Partner with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to improve reliability and manufacturability.
- Experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills involving electronic systems and assemblies.
- Familiarity with test equipment, failure analysis, BOM management, and engineering documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, test, production, or product engineering organizations.
- Experience with electrical schematic development.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pocasset, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $68.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
