We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to provide temporary leave coverage for a talent acquisition team that supports multiple business units across a large organization. In this role, you manage full-cycle recruiting activities, with a primary focus on sales-related positions while also supporting finance, corporate functions, administrative support, and other professional-level openings as needed. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and brings a proactive, customer-focused approach to talent acquisition. The successful candidate is highly collaborative, personable, and motivated by delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support for professional-level roles.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for sales positions and support additional openings across finance, administrative, business operations, and corporate functional areas.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective, tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified talent, including proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill and niche positions.
  • Maintain consistent, timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout all stages of the hiring process.
  • Effectively manage varying recruitment timelines, ranging from quick-turn hires to highly sourced, complex searches.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and overall candidate experience.
  • Leverage recruiting technology, automation tools, and AI-assisted solutions where appropriate to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional-level positions.
  • Background in recruiting within sales, corporate, business operations, finance, administrative support, or related functional areas.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying and engaging passive talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to candidate documentation and process steps.
  • Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle scheduling and coordination for interviews and hiring activities.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition best practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working in human resources and talent acquisition functions.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for communication, scheduling, and calendar management.
  • Experience utilizing AI or automation tools to streamline recruiting processes and increase efficiency.
  • Comfort with leveraging technology and data to inform recruiting strategies and decisions.
Work Environment

This role offers a flexible work arrangement with both remote and hybrid options available, providing the ability to balance on-site collaboration with focused remote work. The preferred schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, with flexible start and end times to support work-life balance and accommodate business needs across multiple teams. You can expect to manage a target requisition load of roughly 8–15 openings at a time, requiring effective prioritization and organization. The work environment is technology-enabled, utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, productivity tools like Microsoft Outlook, and AI or automation solutions to streamline recruiting activities and enhance efficiency.

This is a Contract position based out of Appleton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
