Job Description

The Warehouse Operator plays a hands-on role in receiving materials, managing inventory, and preparing finished goods for shipment to customers with accuracy and care. This position focuses on proper receipt, storage, and shipment of products while consistently following all legal and safety procedures. The role works closely with the warehouse team to improve packaging and shipment specifications and supports overall warehouse operations by performing additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against documentation to ensure proper receipt of goods.
  • Handle finished goods and inventory with care, maintaining product integrity and minimizing damage or loss.
  • Store materials and products in designated locations, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and stage products for shipment to end customers, ensuring orders are accurate and properly packaged.
  • Follow all legal, safety, and compliance procedures while operating in the warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to improve packaging methods and shipment specifications.
  • Support material handling activities, including moving, stacking, and organizing products throughout the facility.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading materials as required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and other machinery, in a safe and efficient manner when needed.
  • Work as part of a team running a production line, treating the line as an individual entity and contributing to its performance.
  • Perform additional warehouse and production-related duties as directed to support overall operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
  • Experience in material handling in a warehouse or production environment.
  • Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and production setting, including plastics-related operations.
  • Capability to operate warehouse and production machinery, such as forklifts and saws, when required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
