Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process all orders received each day so they are packed and shipped on the same day, including customer orders, set requests, and mailings.
- Pick items and assembled sets from inventory to fulfill customer and internal departmental requests accurately and efficiently.
- Bag and bulk store incoming inventory, ensuring items are properly labeled, organized, and stored in designated locations.
- Replenish inventory by moving items from bulk storage to picking locations to maintain adequate stock levels for order fulfillment.
- Enter item and order transaction data into the software system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform daily cycle counts to verify system quantities and ensure the shelf life of sterile products is maintained.
- Check order accuracy prior to shipment, confirming correct items, quantities, and documentation for each request.
- Generate shipping labels, prepare packing lists, and process all paperwork required for each shipment.
- Pick, package, and ship product literature and related materials to customers as requested.
- Check inventory levels of shipping materials and place orders to ensure sufficient quantities of boxes, packing materials, and supplies.
- Restock all shipping materials and prepare the shipping area for the next business day.
- File shipping and inventory paperwork at the end of each business day to maintain organized records.
- Use RF scanners to pick, pack, and track inventory accurately in a warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with a small team as needed while also working independently to complete daily tasks.
- Communicate promptly with leadership when issues arise or when clarification and direction are needed for daily work.

2:00PM-10:30PM 2ND SHIFT
PAY: $18/HOUR

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagleville, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
