Why Work Here?

You will join a team that values stability, strong benefits, and a balanced schedule. The standard 4/10 workweek (Monday through Thursday) supports a healthy work-life balance, while occasional extended hours reflect high demand rather than a permanent expectation. Paid holidays, vacation, and PTO offer additional time to rest and recharge. With no travel required, you can enjoy consistent hours in a single, well-maintained facility. A detailed benefits package is available upon request so you can make an informed decision about your next career step.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility that supports precision electrical and mechanical work. The normal schedule follows a 4/10 structure, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing three-day weekends under typical conditions. Due to periods of higher demand, the current schedule operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., though this is not expected to be permanent. Work is performed on-site with no travel required.
