Ready to take the next step in your machining career? Join our team as a CNC Lathe Operator and Production Machinist.

We are a fast-paced CNC machine shop operating modern lathes and mills, with a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and on-time production.

We are looking for either:

A dependable, mechanically inclined individual who is ready to be trained, or
An experienced CNC production operator who can independently run established jobs with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, communicates clearly, can manage multiple responsibilities, and is interested in learning new machining skills and technologies.

Overtime opportunities are available.

Available Positions

Swing Shift Lead and Operator
Monday through Friday
4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Graveyard Shift Lead
Monday through Friday
12:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Weekend Shift Operator
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Work 36 hours and receive pay for 40 hours. The weekend shift start time may be flexible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate CNC lathes and other production equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications and production schedules.
Load and unload parts, monitor machine operation, and make approved adjustments as necessary.
Inspect completed parts for quality, dimensional accuracy, and conformity to specifications.
Follow department standard operating procedures and documented inspection requirements.
Identify, correct, and report production or quality inconsistencies.
Detect and report defective materials, equipment problems, or questionable operating conditions.
Consistently meet established production and quality requirements.
Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications:

Previous CNC lathe or production machining experience is preferred but not required for trainable candidates.
Ability to use basic inspection equipment, such as calipers and micrometers, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
Must meet applicable U.S. person or citizenship requirements for access to export-controlled work.
Employment is subject to completion of the company’s applicable background-screening process.
