Medical Practice seeking a dynamic Referral/Medical Records Coordinator with at least 2-years of experience for a full-time position. We are looking for a person with a strong work ethic and a team- player with excellent people & communication skills, must be reliable, ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented is a must.
Must be proficient with computers, experienced in eClinical EMR is required
Responsibilities include
Generate referral on Availity and Insurance company website
Scheduling patients
Answering phone calls
Scan files and Fax documents
Knowledge of HIPPA Privacy and Security Regulations
