Position: Canvassing Manager - Lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!

Qualifications:
%AA; Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
%AA; Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
%AA; Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
%AA; Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
%AA; Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
%AA; Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
%AA; Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
%AA; Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
