Your role is to guide and educate customers, helping them find the right solutions to enhance their well-being in a compliant and professional environment. - Complete thorough inventory counts at the end of each shift and report any irregularities.
- Successfully complete all mandatory brand education courses and stay informed on product updates.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized boutique atmosphere.
- Accurately manage cash and POS transactions with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Retail or customer service experience, preferably with hemp or wellness products.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in inventory management and regulatory compliance.
- Commitment to completing required training and continuous learning.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum age 21 and legal eligibility compliant with hemp regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
