CNC Operator

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating multi-axis machining centers as a single operator, while also being part of a team. This role focuses on the precise setup and operation of CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, compliance with safety protocols, and continuous improvement through cross-training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Set up multi-axis CNC machines for production runs
• Perform quality inspections to maintain product standards
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations
• Operate CNC equipment efficiently and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CNC operation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experienced in machine setup and blueprint reading
• Skilled in precision measurement and quality control
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
• Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team environment
