Tool and Die Maker

The Tool and Die Maker specializes in fabricating and maintaining progressive dies to ensure precise and efficient production. As an individual contributor, you will leverage your skills in blueprint reading, machine setup, and equipment operation to deliver high-quality tools and dies, while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. This role offers growth potential, including advancement to Lead Tool Maker.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and maintain progressive dies with precision
• Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints for tool and die production
• Perform precision measuring and quality checks
• Troubleshoot and repair tools and dies to minimize downtime
• Conduct regular maintenance and ensure equipment functionality
• Operate ERP systems to support design and manufacturing processes
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tool and die making
• Technical Diploma in Tool and Die Making or related field
• Strong skills in blueprint interpretation and problem-solving
• Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of safety procedures specific to tool and die work
