Front Desk Sales Associate

Position Overview - Positions available in Savannah, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island

As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you are the face and voice of our studio. You will drive sales by introducing prospective members to the benefits of Club Pilates, booking introductory classes, closing memberships, and delivering exceptional customer service to our current members.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Lead Management: Conduct outbound calls, text outreach, and emails to prospective leads; book first-time guests into Intro Classes and close membership packages.
• Member Experience: Warmly greet members and guests, assist with check-ins, answer inquiries, and foster a welcoming studio community.
• Retail & Operations: Sell retail apparel and grip socks, manage inventory displays, and process transactions accurately in the POS system (ClubReady).
• Studio Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and studio space between sessions.
• Retention & Follow-up: Build relationships with existing members to support high retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience (fitness/boutique studio experience is a plus).
• Proven track record in hitting sales goals or comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer software and comfortable learning CRM/POS systems.
• Enthusiastic, energetic personality with a passion for health and wellness.
• Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
