CNC Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machine settings and operations.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Adjust machine controls and tool offsets to ensure quality and accuracy of parts.
• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
• Record production data, quality checks, and other operational information.
