Pay Rate: $25–$28/hr + Medical Benefits
Duration: 3–4 Month Contract-to-Hire (Based on performance)
Schedule: Full-Time | M-F - Flexible start times ( 26 flex days a year - work from home)

About the Role
We are seeking a Billing & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Billing team and support a high-volume customer billing environment. **Must have stable work history and stayed in long term roles.
***Strong AR and billing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a large volume of invoices while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. This person should be energetic, driven, persistent, and dependable, with strong communication skills and the confidence to work with customers and internal teams at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and monthly customer billing and invoices.
- Process invoices through various customer and third-party billing portals.
- Review billing information for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle AR/billing activities, including billing, cash application, collections, and customer disputes.
- Research and resolve customer billing questions and disputes.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
- Establish clear timelines and follow up with customers to obtain information needed to complete billing.
- Hold customers accountable for providing required monthly information and next steps.
- Clearly explain excess mileage charges and equalization details, including when, why, and how charges or adjustments are applied.
- Calculate and apply interest charges for past-due invoices according to contract terms.
- Monitor and resolve billing cases in Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Analyze large amounts of billing data using Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Work with Sales, internal departments, and customers to resolve issues.
- Meet billing deadlines and required service levels.
- Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable and billing experience for a larger corporate company
- Must have AR/Billing experience: billing, cash application, collections, customer disputes, or a combination
- Must have experience processing high-volume invoices and billing transactions- handling thousands of invoices per month.
- Experience processing invoices through customer and third-party billing portals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with everyone from frontline employees to executives.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence others through shared goals and business outcomes.
- Ability to establish clear timelines and follow up with customers to obtain information needed for billing.
- Ability to clearly explain billing charges, adjustments, excess mileage, and equalization to customers.
- Must have very strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience working with an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high volumes of work.
- Strong follow-through and persistence when resolving billing issues.
- Must have stable work history with a demonstrated ability to stay in roles and build expertise.

Title: Field Merchandiser with OLIPOP
Location: Denver, CO (Prefer candidates in Arapahoe or Douglas County)
Pay Rate: $21–$24 per hour (+ $250 Bonus after 2 months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 3 Months
Work Type: 100% field-based (travel within the Denver market)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Field Merchandiser to bring OLIPOP to life across Denver-area retail locations. This is a highly active, on-the-move role where no two days look the same.

You’ll play a direct role in how customers discover OLIPOP in stores. From perfectly stocked shelves to standout displays, your work will have a real impact on brand visibility and sales.
What You’ll Do
Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail locations following established “Look of Success” standards
Keep shelves fully stocked, rotated, and visually optimized to maximize product visibility and sales
Support key retail account initiatives and ensure compliance with distribution and display standards
Build and maintain both mandated and incremental in-store displays
Complete up to 15 store visits per day, following assigned routes and priorities
Accurately document store visits, execution metrics, and account insights using CRM and reporting tools
Identify opportunities to improve product placement, expand distribution, and elevate in-store execution
Maintain merchandising assets and collaborate with field sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation
What Success Looks Like
You’ll know you’re crushing it in this role by:
Consistently executing merchandising standards across all accounts
Reducing out-of-stock situations and keeping shelves full
Maintaining accurate, timely reporting and CRM updates
Increasing product visibility, display quality, and overall distribution
What You Bring
1+ year of merchandising, retail, field sales, or CPG experience (beverage or distributor experience strongly preferred)
Experience working with large-format retailers or natural channel retailers is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel up to ~30 miles within the Denver market for daily store visits
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and stay active throughout the day
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage a daily route
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with tools like Slack, Repsly, or CRM platforms
Comfort working in fast-paced retail environments and coordinating with multiple store teams
Additional Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
