We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist who enjoys taking ownership of a project from blueprint to finished part. If you thrive on programming efficient toolpaths, dialing in processes, and finding smarter ways to machine precision components, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Program, set up, and operate Okuma, Smart, Haas Mill-Turn Machines, as well as Smart and Haas Mills

Create, edit, and optimize toolpaths using CAM software

Interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings

Select tooling, speeds and feeds to maximize efficiency and quality

Design and build fixtures and workholding solutions

Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming challenges

Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections

Improve processes, reduce cycle times, and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

8+ years of CNC machining experience with turning centers with live tooling and mills

Proven CAM programming experience (required)

Experience with Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, or similar software

Strong blueprint reading skills and the ability to hold tight tolerances

Ability to independently take a job from setup through production

A dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges and takes pride in producing exceptional work.

Bonus Qualifications

Multi-axis machining (4th/5th Axis)

GD&T application and interpretation

Advanced fixture and workholding design

Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience

Haas, Mazak, SMART, or Fanuc controls

Trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent training
