Senior Accountant Manufacturing & Cost

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and prepare account reconciliations.
  
• Execute month-end and year-end close activities.
  
• Support manufacturing cost accounting, inventory analysis, and fixed asset accounting.
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
  
• Maintain strong internal controls, assist with ERP system maintenance, and support treasury management and audits.
  
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and sales tax.
  
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
  
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or active CPA candidate.
