Tool Maker

We are seeking a Tool Maker Machinist to provide accurate tools and fixtures to support metal stamping presses.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machine tools to produce tooling to produce precision parts
• Build and maintain tooling, fixtures, and gages used in production
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery
• Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience using manual machinery, i.e. lathe, knee mill, drill press
• Familiarity with heat treating of tooling
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
