The Impact You'll Make

As our E-Bike Mechanic, you’ll be the hands-on hero who ensures every bike is safe, smooth, and ready for adventure. You’ll transform a customer’s day by turning a sluggish ride into a zippy, reliable companion. Your work will directly impact rider safety, customer satisfaction, and the longevity of our fleet.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on e-bikes, from battery troubleshooting to brake adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance, including firmware updates, tire changes, and drivetrain cleaning.
• Use diagnostic tools to test motors, controllers, and battery health.
• Keep detailed service records to track repairs, parts usage, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize urgent repairs and prepare bikes for deployment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience with bicycle repair; e-bike or electrical systems experience is a big plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, torque wrenches, and bike-specific repair stands.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort working with both mechanical and electronic components.
• A customer-first mindset—you take pride in delivering a safe, smooth ride.
