Mobile division performance bonuses tied to collected revenue milestones, including eligible recurring Concierge revenue generated through the mobile division The position includes formal compensation reviews as the manager demonstrates technical command, independent operational control and sustained division growth. Realistic first-year compensation is approximately $50,000–$60,000 when overtime is available and performance standards are achieved. Higher earnings are possible as the division expands but are not guaranteed. ABOUT TFATS TFATS Luxury Asset Protection is an established premium automotive appearance and protection company serving Tampa Bay. We do more than clean vehicles. We help clients protect their investments, preserve the ownership experience and simplify the ongoing care of the assets they value. Our company provides professional mobile detailing, recurring Concierge care, paint correction, ceramic coatings, paint protection film and window tint. We are building an integrated mobile and studio operation designed around premium workmanship, dependable service and long-term client relationships. Our mobile division currently includes three service trucks, existing clients, trained technicians and significant available capacity. We are hiring a hands-on leader to take ownership of the division, strengthen its daily execution and turn that capacity into recurring, profitable revenue. THE MISSION The Mobile Operations Manager is responsible for making TFATS exceptional wherever our trucks go. This person will lead the daily movement of the schedule, technicians, trucks, clients and revenue while also helping create the partnerships and recurring relationships that keep the division growing. This is not a desk-only management position, a dispatcher role or a position for someone who only wants to detail vehicles. The right person must be able to: • Understand and inspect professional automotive detailing• Lead and develop field technicians• Build efficient schedules and routes• Manage labor hours and productive time• Represent TFATS professionally in the field• Develop relationships that create recurring mobile business• Take responsibility for revenue, reputation and profitability WHAT YOU WILL OWN DAILY OPERATIONS • Lead the daily operation of three mobile service trucks. • Build schedules and geographically efficient routes based on service time, technician ability, client priority and revenue opportunity. • Assign the right technician, truck and resources to each appointment. • Monitor job progress throughout the day and respond before delays become client-service failures. • Manage productive hours, travel time, overtime exposure and schedule capacity. • Ensure clients receive confirmation, arrival updates, service communication and a clear next step. • Verify that photographs, notes, payments, recommendations and job records are completed before appointments are closed. • Enforce complete CRM and Mobile Concierge documentation for every appointment, including start and finish times, before-and-after photographs, existing vehicle damage, paint and protection condition, service notes, payment status and qualified Concierge or studio opportunities. TEAM EXECUTION AND DEVELOPMENT • Set clear daily expectations for Assigned Techs. • Inspect completed work and uphold TFATS service and presentation standards. • Step in, demonstrate the correct process and explain the difference between acceptable and exceptional work. • Coach technicians on quality, efficiency, client communication, documentation and accountability. • Conduct documented performance conversations and follow through on required improvements. • Help recruit, assess, onboard and develop additional technicians as the division grows. • Prepare technicians to operate independently without constant rescue from management or ownership. • Audit technician documentation compliance, coach recurring deficiencies and prevent incomplete jobs from being administratively closed. TRUCK AND FLEET READINESS • Keep every active truck clean, stocked, organized and ready to produce revenue. • Monitor equipment condition, chemical inventory and required supplies. • Maintain visibility over service dates, maintenance needs, vehicle registration, insurance documents and operating requirements. • Identify truck or equipment problems early and coordinate corrective action. • Ensure each truck represents the TFATS brand professionally when it arrives at a client, property or partner location. REVENUE, SALES AND PARTNERSHIPS • Take responsibility for improving truck utilization and collected revenue. • Help move each active truck toward a minimum of $14,000 in collected monthly revenue. • Identify open capacity and take action to help fill the schedule. • Convert qualified one-time clients into recurring Concierge relationships. • Identify opportunities for paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF, tint and other studio services. • Scout and develop relationships with luxury residential communities, condominiums, corporate offices, dealerships, country clubs, automotive organizations, fleet operators and other qualified partners. • Help secure recurring service locations where TFATS trucks can operate efficiently and serve multiple clients. • Represent TFATS during property meetings, partner activations, automotive shows and community opportunities. • Track prospects, conduct follow-up and help move qualified opportunities toward an agreement or scheduled service. • Ensure technicians distribute approved field-marketing materials in qualified service areas and follow all property, community and solicitation requirements. • Build an insight-spotting culture by training technicians to recognize appropriate opportunities for recurring Concierge care, referrals and protection services during normal client interactions and post-service walkthroughs. • Ensure technicians distribute approved field-marketing materials in qualified service areas while following all property, community and solicitation requirements. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Performance in this role will be measured through clear operating and growth indicators, including:• Schedule utilization and productive labor hours• On-time arrival and job-completion performance• Service quality, rework and client concerns• Technician productivity and documented coaching• Truck, equipment and inventory readiness• Completion of photographs, notes, payments and job records• Concierge conversions and recurring-client retention• Qualified partnership activity and recurring service locations• Studio opportunities identified and transferred• Ability to operate the division without constant owner intervention • Collected revenue by active truck, with an operating target of approximately $3,500 weekly and at least $14,000 monthly per active truck. • Qualified referral activity, with a baseline division standard of at least five logged client or neighbor referrals per Assigned Tech each month. • Review-generation activity, with a division goal of producing at least five new verified Google reviews each week through consistent service and appropriate client requests. • Complete CRM documentation, including start and finish times, photographs, condition notes, payments and identified opportunities. WHAT A STRONG WEEK LOOKS LIKE A strong week does not begin when the first truck leaves. It begins with a complete plan. The Mobile Operations Manager knows: • Which technicians and trucks are assigned to each job• Where route gaps, timing risks and revenue opportunities exist• Whether every truck has the supplies and equipment it needs• Which clients require confirmation or follow-up• Which technicians require coaching or quality review• Where available capacity can be filled• Which Concierge, partnership and studio opportunities are moving forward• What the division produced and what must improve during the following week The manager should be solving tomorrow’s problems while today’s work is still moving. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • The mobile division operates without constant owner intervention. • Assigned Techs understand their responsibilities and execute consistently. • Trucks are routed efficiently and produce profitable revenue. • Every active truck progresses toward at least $14,000 in collected monthly revenue. • Clients receive proactive communication and dependable, premium service. • Quality, documentation and job closeout standards are consistently maintained. • Technicians receive coaching and become increasingly independent. • New Concierge clients, partnerships and recurring service locations are actively developed. • Problems are anticipated, communicated and addressed before they become emergencies. • TFATS is represented at a five-star level wherever the trucks operate. You may be a fit if you: • Understand how mobile automotive or field-service operations work• Can lead from the front and demonstrate the standard• Are organized enough to manage several moving parts at once• Hold people accountable without avoiding difficult conversations• Can communicate professionally with luxury clients and business partners• Recognize unused capacity as a problem to solve• Are comfortable pursuing relationships and helping close opportunities• Use numbers and operating information to make decisions• Anticipate problems instead of waiting for the owner to resolve them• Want responsibility for building something meaningful, not simply holding a management title QUALIFICATIONS • Three or more years of professional automotive detailing, mobile automotive service, valet, fleet or related field-service experience preferred • Hands-on interior and exterior detailing capability strongly preferred • Experience leading, training or supervising field employees or technicians • Experience with scheduling, routing, labor management and client-service recovery • Demonstrated ability to improve team performance or operating results • Sales, account development or local partnership experience preferred • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Ability to operate company vehicles and work in outdoor mobile-service conditions • Comfortable using job-management applications, digital photographs and performance reports • Willing to complete a structured interview, operating exercise, paid hands-on assessment and reference process • Strong presentation, active listening and relationship building skills appropriate for high-net-worth clients, luxury communities and corporate partners. SCHEDULE The regular schedule is generally Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Occasional Saturdays, automotive shows, partner activations or special client assignments will be required.
