Clinical Assistant
Job Description
At The Center for Intentional Health, we believe healthcare should look beyond symptoms to understand the whole person.
We are seeking a compassionate, capable Clinical Assistant who enjoys learning, values meaningful patient relationships, and would like to grow within an innovative Functional & Integrative Medicine practice.
This is a varied, hands-on position for someone who enjoys both clinical care and the organizational responsibilities that keep a small practice running well. No two days are exactly alike, and we are happy to train the right person in the specialized therapies and technologies used within our practice.
Responsibilities may include:
- Patient intake, preparation and vital signs
- InBody assessments and other biometric measurements
- Assisting with clinical procedures and integrative therapies
- Assisting with IV therapy, injections and wellness services within appropriate scope of practice
- Electronic documentation and chart preparation
- Scheduling, follow-up calls and other clinical administrative responsibilities
- Patient education and follow-up
- Helping us provide an exceptional, thoughtful patient experience

Previous Functional Medicine experience is welcomed but not required. Training in our clinical approaches, technologies and therapies will be provided.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Full-time schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
