Now Hiring: Mid-Level Accountant – Miami Office

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Accountant to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience with Yardi software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and monthly statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare journal entries and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support audits and provide requested documentation
• Utilize Yardi software for property/accounting management tasks

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Previous experience with Yardi is required
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
