Estimating Admin

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and submit all project documentation required by the Estimating team.
• Track bid schedules, due dates, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are clearly communicated to the team.
• Maintain records of bids, proposals, contracts, and other estimating documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
• Assist in preparing bid packages, forms, and supporting documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the Estimating team, including data entry, scheduling, and file management.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely release of all required documents.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative or project coordination experience (experience in construction/estimating is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with estimating or project management software is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
