Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to complete painting assignments
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and cleaning
• Mix and match paints according to specifications
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper use of protective gear
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met

• 2+ years of experience in painting
