The machinist is required to keep 2-3 machines running during their shift checking and measuring their parts for both qualty and accuracy. They will be expected to change out and replace tooling as it wears, keep their machines filled with coolant and waylube. Quality is an important part of this Job. Paying attention to detail and not letting bad parts slip through is critical.
