Sales Management Trainee

What This Role Involves

As a Sales Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the sales process from the ground up. You will work directly with individuals and families, develop client acquisition skills, and build a book of business.

As you demonstrate consistency and leadership ability, you will be trained in:

• Coaching and developing new representatives
• Leading team meetings and training sessions
• Tracking performance metrics and accountability
• Client retention and long term relationship management
• Business planning and growth strategy

Promotion into leadership is performance based, not time based.

What You Will Do Initially

• Meet with clients face to face to review coverage and needs
• Present solutions clearly and confidently
• Complete applications accurately and professionally
• Follow up to build long term client relationships
• Participate in structured training and leadership development sessions
