This role is ideal for a hands-on machinist who can program, set up, and run Swiss-style CNC lathes while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
•\tProgram CNC Swiss machines using G-code and CAM (Mastercam, Esprit)
•\tPerform full setups (tooling, guide bushings, bar feeders)
•\tInterpret blueprints and GD&T
•\tOptimize cycle times and reduce scrap
•\tOperate machines and adjust offsets during production
•\tPerform in-process inspections (micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, comparators)
•\tTroubleshoot machining issues (tool wear, chatter, dimensional drift)
•\tComplete FAI, maintain inspection records, and ensure traceability
•\tFollow ISO/quality procedures
•\tPerform routine maintenance and support continuous improvement
Qualifications
•\t3+ years CNC Swiss machining experience
•\tStrong G-code and GD&T knowledge
•\tAbility to hold tight tolerances (±.0005")
•\tExperience with brass, aluminum, stainless, and plastics
•\tFamiliar with Star or Citizen Swiss machines, bar feeders, and live tooling
