CNC Operator – Multiple Locations & Shifts Available

We are currently hiring experienced CNC Operators for multiple manufacturing facilities throughout the area. We have multiple openings, locations, and shifts available, making this a great opportunity for CNC professionals looking for a schedule and position that fits their experience.

Position Overview

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components according to specifications. Candidates should have a strong mechanical aptitude, be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and have at least 2 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a production environment
• Load and unload parts and materials
• Monitor machines throughout the production process
• Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job specifications
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements
• Identify machine or quality issues and report problems promptly
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience required
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or CNC lathes
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic machining specifications
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Ability to perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
• Dependable attendance and reliable work history
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing position

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC setup experience
• Experience making offsets or basic program edits
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Experience working with tight tolerances
• Familiarity with Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Fanuc, or similar CNC equipment
