The CNC Machinist will operate and maintain various CNC machines within a large team environment, focusing on producing precision parts using 3-axis and 5-axis machines. This role requires setup, calibration, and quality inspection to ensure manufacturing standards are met. Responsibilities

  • Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines including lathes and mills
  • Set up and calibrate machines for precision manufacturing
  • Perform quality inspections and maintain quality control standards
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints to guide machining processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in CNC machining
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of CNC programming
  • Skilled in precision measurement techniques
  • Experience with blueprint reading and machine setup
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Familiarity with quality control processes
