We are an established transactional law firm with over 25 years in business, serving clients from our Great Neck and Rego Park offices. We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities

Bank Work:

• Review title and correspond with loan officers, attorneys, and title companies
• Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures (CDs) and HUD-1 settlement statements
• Attend closings
• Handle post-closing tasks

Residential Real Estate:

• Review and negotiate contracts
• Order and review title reports
• Schedule closings
• Coordinate with all parties (buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant real estate paralegal experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience; with additional compensation to be paid per file, which can equate to additional $10-15K of additional income
• 401(k) with employer match after probationary period
