CNC Lathe Operator – Join a Values-Driven Team!

We’re looking for a motivated CNC Lathe Operator to join our small business—a team that values integrity, hard work, and mutual respect. This is a hands-on role involving CNC Lathe programming and operation for machining plastic parts, as well as forklift operation to retrieve materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to read and create CAD drawings (Fusion for drawings and programming)
• Experience programming, setting up, and running CNC lathes.
• Experience with troubleshooting tooling and machine issues.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and operate forklift occasionally.
• Ability to follow directions and contribute positively to our work culture
