PRN / On-Call Caregiver - Flexible Shifts

Looking for flexible work without committing to the same schedule every week?

We are currently looking for dependable, compassionate, and flexible PRN / On-Call Caregivers to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the flexibility of gig-style work, such as DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, or other on-demand positions, but wants to make a meaningful difference in someone's day.

As a PRN caregiver, you will have opportunities to pick up available caregiving assignments based on client needs and your availability. Shifts may vary and can range from approximately 2 hours up to 12 hours, depending on the assignment.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with mobility and transfers, when needed
• Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
• Following the client's care plan and reporting important changes

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Reliable and able to respond to available shift opportunities
• Comfortable working a flexible or changing schedule
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Able to work independently in clients' homes
• Comfortable accepting both shorter and longer assignments
• Professional and dependable when committing to a shift
• Experienced in caregiving, home care, healthcare, customer service, delivery, rideshare, or other positions requiring independence and time management

Previous professional caregiving experience is preferred, but we also value candidates who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
