Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations by managing scheduling, inventory, and supplier communications. Working primarily with administrative tasks, the coordinator supports multiple departments and suppliers, reporting directly to the Production Manager. With an emphasis on process improvement and deadline management, this role offers the opportunity to advance to Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage production scheduling to meet deadlines
• Oversee inventory control and supply levels
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for seamless operations
• Support logistics and documentation management
• Facilitate team communication across departments
• Ensure timely delivery through deadline management
• Identify and implement process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production coordination
• Expertise in production scheduling and inventory management
• Strong supply chain coordination and communication skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP systems
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams
