Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within a large-scale logistics and distribution environment in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, team leadership, and 3PL operations.
'05; 3-5+ years of warehouse/inventory management experience
'05; 3+ years leading warehouse teams
'05; Experience in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment required
'05; Experience with WMS, TMS, Excel, and large-scale warehouse operations preferred
'05; Must have experience overseeing the entire warehouse operation, not just receiving or shipping functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse associates and daily operations
- Drive inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
- Optimize warehouse workflows and processes
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Monitor KPIs and warehouse performance metrics
- Promote a safe and productive work environment
