TRC is searching for a Material Handler that supports shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material movement in a fast-paced, regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

  • Flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

  • Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.

  • Some OT as needed

Location: San Jose, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and ERP records.

  • Document receipts and store materials in designated locations.

  • Pull, verify, and deliver materials for production orders.

  • Prepare, pack, crate, and ship materials and finished goods.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages.

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.

  • Complete equipment inspections and maintain a clean warehouse.

  • Follow all workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving, kitting, or packing.

  • ERP experience required; SAP preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

  • Strong teamwork and adaptability.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

  • Ability to distinguish colors visually.

  • Valid California driver's license.

Preferred:

  • Certified forklift operator.
