Job Description

· Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions

· Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and other month-end adjustments

· Complete account and balance sheet reconciliations

· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

· Perform group/company consolidations and support consolidated financial reporting

· Prepare monthly financial statements and other management reports

· Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances

· Utilize Epicor and other ERP systems to maintain accurate financial data

· Support internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation

· Work with operations and other departments to ensure accurate manufacturing-related accounting information

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment

· ERP systems required, EPICOR is a plus

· Strong experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations

· Experience preparing financial reports and supporting month-end close

· Knowledge of financial consolidations and multi-entity accounting

· Strong understanding of ERP-based accounting systems

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
