Roles and Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in carpentry or related fields.

Desired Skills:
We seek individuals who possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship. You should be proficient in using various hand and power tools, with a solid understanding of carpentry techniques and building codes. Your ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence will be essential. Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to safety practices are vital in our work environment.
