Kelly® Professional & Industrial – Now Hiring: Assistant Machine Operator
Location: Statesville, NC
Shifts Available:
-
1st Shift: 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $17/hour
- 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule; work every other weekend
- Weekly pay issued every Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Load materials into machinery
- Mix resins as required
- Transfer rolls of film to pallets
- Support machine operator with setup and start-up procedures
- Enter data into computer systems
- Conduct quality control checks
- Perform tasks involving heavy lifting (up to 55 lbs.)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Steel toe shoes are required
Workplace Policies:
- Tobacco-free facility (no smoking or vaping allowed on premises)
- No jewelry, smart watches, or piercings permitted during work hours (piercings must be removed—not covered)
- No strong perfumes or fragrances allowed
- Company provides safety glasses and hearing protection
