Are you an experienced staffing professional who enjoys being at the center of a fast-paced operation? We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Onsite Recruiter to join our team and serve as the primary staffing resource at an assigned customer location.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the staffing industry, knows how to recruit in a high-volume environment, and enjoys building strong relationships with both the customer and the employees we place.

You will play a key role in keeping the customer's workforce staffed, engaged, and running smoothly while serving as a trusted partner to both the client and our associates.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates based on customer staffing needs
• Serve as the primary onsite staffing contact and build strong working relationships with customer leadership and contacts
• Maintain daily communication with the customer regarding open positions, priorities, headcount, attendance, and staffing challenges
• Coordinate and conduct site tours, interviews, orientations, onboarding, and employee starts onsite
• Monitor attendance, turnover, headcount, fill rates, and redeployment opportunities
• Address employee questions and concerns promptly while providing a positive onsite experience
• Partner with the customer to identify staffing needs and proactively develop solutions
• Ensure employees understand and meet customer-specific requirements, policies, and site expectations
• Maintain accurate ATS records, recruiting activity, employee information, and reporting
• Provide branch leadership with timely updates regarding staffing levels, hiring activity, employee issues, and potential risks
• Support employee engagement, retention, and positive employee relations
• Help drive fill rates, start goals, retention, and overall customer satisfaction
• Represent our company professionally and build a strong partnership between the customer, employees, and branch team

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish — required
• Staffing industry experience — required
• Previous onsite staffing or onsite recruiting experience — required
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment, preferably light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or similar
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with customer and branch leadership
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using an ATS and other recruiting/workforce management technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer and employee needs
