Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$24-$27 per hour
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Remote- Temp to Hire

What’s a typical day as a Procurement Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, escalating questions or issues to the appropriate team member as needed.
• Supporting the maintenance of purchasing catalogs and punchouts, while reinforcing the company’s PO policy by flagging non-compliant purchase requests.
• Tracking order status and following up with suppliers on delivery timing, discrepancies, and invoice questions for routine categories like waste, HVAC, small parcel, and utilities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in procurement, purchasing, or related administrative fields; familiarity with procure-to-pay (P2P) systems is a plus.
• Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field of study, or possess equivalent experience.
• Possess excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with strong critical thinking abilities and a solution-oriented focus.
