Dallas, TX | Fully Onsite | Full-Time | Contract Opportunity
LHH is actively connecting with experienced Litigation Paralegals for a temporary opportunity with a busy and growing law firm in the Dallas area. This is an ongoing project assignment supporting a high-volume plaintiff personal injury practice, with the potential for long-term or permanent consideration based on performance and business needs.
This role is ideal for a paralegal who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour

This is an ongoing project assignment supporting a high-volume plaintiff personal injury practice, with the potential for long-term or permanent consideration based on performance and business needs.
This role is ideal for a paralegal who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Support attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Review, organize, and summarize medical records
- Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court communications
- Assist with filings, discovery, and trial preparation
- Coordinate with clients, providers, experts, and opposing counsel
- Help move cases forward efficiently while maintaining organization and accuracy
- Prior plaintiff personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling motor vehicle accident and trucking litigation highly desired
- Insurance defense litigation experience will also be considered
- Ability to independently manage case responsibilities with minimal training
- Strong organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a significant plus, but not required
- Full-time schedule, approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility available)
- Fully onsite in the Dallas area
- Parking provided at no cost
- Friendly, team-oriented office environment
- Immediate need with ASAP start
