Overview:

Insight Global is seeking an Independently Licensed Clinician to join a behavioral health team in Tucson, AZ. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who is passionate about delivering evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment services while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The clinician will play a key role in supporting clients on their path to recovery and improved mental health outcomes.


Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)

Pay: $85,580.79 - $120,065.03 annually

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility based on program needs.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Independently licensed in Arizona as an LPC, LCSW, LIAC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or FNP-MHNP
  • Current credentialing with AHCCCS, Banner Health, UnitedHealthcare, and AZ Complete Health
  • Two or more years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
  • Excellent clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and other treatment professionals
  • Participate in clinical staffing, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with AHCCCS, ADHS, HIPAA, and applicable Arizona behavioral health regulations
  • Support positive clinical outcomes while maintaining the highest ethical standards of care


Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders
  • Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care
  • Experience working within AHCCCS-funded behavioral health programs
  • Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems
