About the Role
As an Assembler, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the production and quality of aerospace components. Your work directly impacts the performance, safety, and reliability of advanced aviation systems. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and craftsmanship are key to success.
What You’ll Do
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications
Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection
Use hand tools, electrical tools, and precision measuring equipment
Maintain inventory and organization at your workstation
Conduct quality checks, identify defects, and document findings
Perform rework and repairs per engineering updates
Follow all quality standards and safety procedures
Keep a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of TESTING & ASSEMBLY experience
Minimum of 3 years of assembly and testing experience (required)
Ability to read and follow technical documentation and instructions
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
