Grinder II

We're seeking a Grinder Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. If you're skilled with hand and swing grinders and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Details

Location: 11711 Arrow Route, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, US
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Assignment Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $25.32/hour

What You'll Do

• Operate large swing grinders and small hand grinders to condition metal parts and remove defects

• Inspect surfaces for imperfections, burrs, sharp edges, and excess weld material

• Select and install the appropriate abrasive belts, wheels, and discs for each application

• Grind, smooth, and polish metal surfaces to meet quality standards

• Replace worn abrasive materials as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of related grinding, metal finishing, fabrication, or manufacturing experience

• Experience operating hand and power grinding tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $25.32 per hour
