School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Kyle, Texas

Empower students with your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting school communities in the area near Kyle, TX. This contract opportunity begins in early August and runs through late May, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the entire academic year.

You'll work entirely onsite, collaborating with a team of passionate professionals and engaging directly with students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade—plus possible involvement with specialized high school transition programs. Your caseload will involve approximately 60 students, with grade levels and school site assignments thoughtfully matched to your strengths and preferences. You can expect to serve one or two campuses, ensuring ongoing relationships and continuity of care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Eligibility for state licensure as required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive services
• Deliver direct therapy services and report on progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and help design educational modifications
