Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.75 per hourShift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What’s a typical day as LH25 - Warehouse Imaging Specialist? You’ll be:
  • Preparing, sorting, and indexing hard copy records for scanning according to specific requests
  • Scanning physical documents to electronic images using third-party software and performing quality checks
  • Conducting manual data entry for validation and verification of scanned records
  • Maintaining accurate internal documentation and following production procedures
  • Re-assembling documents as required and preparing completed products for delivery
  • Troubleshooting scanning hardware/software, and performing routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
  • Assisting with training new Imaging Specialists and complying with all company policies and safety protocols
  • Utilizing pallet jacks and carts to move materials as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bring at least 1 year of related experience in a team-focused environment, preferably in a service industry
  • Possess basic PC computer skills and can remove staples, sort, file, and box records
  • Are physically able to routinely lift 20-60 lbs., scan materials, and perform bending, stretching, pushing, and pulling tasks
  • Can operate or are willing to learn to operate pallet jacks, pick lifts, and/or forklifts
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy, and can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Thrive in a team environment and are open to change and long project assignments
  • Are committed to safety and can participate in safety drills and follow all security guidelines
