We are hiring Entry-Level Assembly Associates for a well-established manufacturing facility in Honeoye Falls, NY. With openings available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, you can choose the schedule that works best for you!

No extensive manufacturing experience is required. We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are willing to learn, and want an opportunity to build a long-term career.

Available Shifts

1st Shift
Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
$18.50/hour

2nd Shift
Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
$20.35/hour

3rd Shift
Monday–Friday | 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
$20.35/hour

What You'll Do

• Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions
• Use basic hand tools and equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Package and prepare completed products as needed
• Follow established production and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
