Build Quality Products in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment as an Assembler!

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble components and subassemblies into finished products while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.

What You'll DoAssembly Operations
  • Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements

  • Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards

  • Utilize hand tools and equipment as required

Quality Inspection
  • Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues

  • Verify products meet customer and company specifications

  • Report any production or quality concerns promptly

Teamwork & Production Support
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals

  • Help identify and resolve assembly-related issues

  • Support a positive and productive team environment

Safety & Organization
  • Follow all safety procedures and workplace protocols

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

  • Support continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

  • Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment

  • Strong reliability and attendance


Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience

  • Understanding of assembly processes and production environments

  • Ability to read and interpret:

    • Blueprints

    • Work instructions

    • Assembly documentation

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
