Salary/hours for Customer Service Representative: $16.50/hr.; part-time hours (with possible full-time hours when needed)
Responsibilities:
- answering and directing phone calls
- taking and relaying messages
- providing assistance to customer and/or other staff if/when needed
- high school diploma or equivalent
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to operate phone system
- ability to accurate take and relay phone messages
